Data protection policy
INFORMATION TO USERS
Groupement FLE is responsible for the processing of users’ personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD) and therefore provides you with the following information :
Purpose: to maintain a relationship with the user in order to keep him/her informed of news concerning the association through newsletters.
Data retention criteria: personal data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purpose. The contact details of prospects who do not respond to any solicitation for 3 years are deleted.
Data sharing: data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Only the coordinator of the FLE Group, designated as data controller, and her direct collaborator(s) have access to the databases with the personal information of the users. The database constituted through the contact forms is also accessible by the company Archabe SAS (Frédéric de CAUNES), in charge of the maintenance of the website.
Rights of the user :
Right of access (article 15 RGPD), of rectification (article 16 RGPD), of update, of completeness of your data
Right to block or erase your personal data (Article 17 of the Data Protection Act), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or retention is prohibited.
Right to withdraw your consent at any time (article 13-2c GDAR)
Right to limit the processing of your data (article 18 RGPD)
Right to object to the processing of your data (Article 21 RGPD)
Right to the portability of the data you have provided us with, when your data are subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract (Article 20 RGPD)
The right to determine the fate of your data after your death and to choose whether or not we disclose your data to a third party designated by you.
Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.cnil.fr) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the legislation in force.
Contact details to exercise your rights: these rights may be exercised by simple request by e-mail or by post, indicating your contact details (surname, first name, address) and a legitimate reason when required by law (in particular in case of opposition to the processing).

SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the Data Controller complies with all the provisions of the RGPD for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and with the principles described in Article 5 of the RGPD, according to which, data shall be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner with respect to the person concerned and in an appropriate, relevant and limited manner to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The data controller guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organizational policies to implement the security measures established by the DPMR to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise these rights.
